At Morilee, we want you to feel beautiful and confident in your choice, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn and unaltered garments. Please note that custom-made gowns and final sale items are non-returnable to maintain the highest quality standards for our brides.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it and securely repackage your items in their original box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and ensure you keep a copy of your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned garment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
